By instantiating a user session, authenticating an alias profile, or routing operational tokens through Mahabaraha, you explicitly enter into a legally binding contract with Mahabaraha Inc. If you do not agree to these system parameters, you must terminate your session and close your proxy network pipe immediately.

Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authenticated access sessions. Any activities occurring under an alias profile, including malicious uploads or fraudulent escrow requests, are legally attributed directly to the cryptographic account anchor holder.

Mahabaraha provides high-tier account tiers, premium visibility placements, and advanced media caching options using automated subscription routing.

Mahabaraha acts as an automated escrow system between buyers and sellers. When funds are locked within an acquisition pipeline, they are held in an isolated, secure platform ledger.

Funds are released automatically upon mutual cryptographic sign-off or electronic verification of asset delivery. Mahabaraha does not control, supervise, or assume liability for the actual physical or digital behavior of parties outside the strict programmatic settlement parameters of the platform.

Vendors publishing placement material to the directory must ensure all images, descriptions, metadata tags, and pricing parameters are completely accurate and fully verified. Scraping, indexing, or reverse-engineering platform assets using automated bots or systemic web spiders is heavily forbidden.

You retain intellectual ownership of media assets you publish. However, by uploading content to our directory, you grant Mahabaraha an irreversible, worldwide, royalty-free, hardware-accelerated license to host, display, transcode, and distribute that media solely to optimize platform discovery.

Mahabaraha is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" structural blueprint. We offer zero warranties, explicit or implied, regarding network uptime, algorithmic discoverability indexes, or absolute server immunity to sophisticated cyber exploits.

In no structural configuration shall Mahabaraha Inc., its founders, or systemic nodes be held legally liable for any financial losses, cryptographic wallet errors, transaction disputes, or data breaches exceeding the total fees paid by you to the platform during the preceding 30-day window.
