By accessing MahabaRaha ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, or if you are under the age of 18, you must exit the site immediately.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using this service, you warrant that you are of legal age to view adult content and enter into contracts.

3. Nature of Service (Platform Liability)

MahabaRaha is strictly an advertising platform that allows independent users to upload content. We are not an escort agency, employer, or broker.

• We do not screen users or service providers in person.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any user offline.
• Any meetups, transactions, or interactions that occur as a result of using this site are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
• We hold no liability for any physical, emotional, or financial damages arising from off-platform interactions.

4. Memberships & Tiers

The Platform offers the following subscription tiers for content creators/advertisers:

• Basic (Free): Account access only. No public listing.
• Verified (KES 500): Public listing with verified badge for 21 days .
• Premium (KES 800): Enhanced visibility and prioritization for 21 days.
• VIP (KES 1,000): Top-tier visibility, featured placement, and maximum exposure for 21 day.

All payments are final and non-refundable once the service (listing) has been activated.

5. Referral Program

Users may refer others via their unique referral link. Commission terms are as follows:

• Commission: You earn 10% of every subscription payment made by your referrals.
• Withdrawal Window: Earnings can only be withdrawn between the 21st and the end of the month.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawable amount is KES 100.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to upload content that depicts minors, non-consensual acts, violence, or any illegal material under Kenyan Law. We reserve the right to ban any user without refund if they violate these policies.
